I have a pair of boots that I love, but the toes are going funny, what should I do.
they're comfy and it seems a shame to throw them away or just use them for mucking around in. BUT they have a suede effect fabric on the outside which is coming away at the toes.

What can I do, is there anything i could cover them with in perhaps a 'toe cap' shape? If so what material and colour do you suggest, and how. Also if I do, should I do the same material on maybe the heel or that thin strip that goes up the leg (on both sides) ??
I cant see anything wrong either.Just keep wearing them -those type of boots arent expensive to replace anyway.TBH no-one would even attempt the repairs you want done.
you could paint them with waterproof acrylic paint...this would create a barrier an seal and strenghten them a bit...even paint the inside if possible, or put a patch on the inside to prevent the hole getting worse
