Your girlfriend expects you to buy her dress??

Reckon you are looking at 80 - 100 for a dress from Debs (they have a range of evening wear called "Debut") but you could get something cheaper - try H&M or other high street young lady shops.

H&M is no good for long dresses. i'd say about 100-130 for a nice one, check out monsoon although be wary, every girl there will know someone who has that dress/tried that dress on, so don't get one unless it is The Dress

ok thank you, spose il have to get the old money out soon then! thank you though

Fairy! - exactly what I was going to say.  Seems a bit much to have to fork out that much.  Tell her to buy her own dress, not only will you save money, you won't be dragged round the shops with her every weekend!

i agree with morrisonker and fairy! make her buy her own
