an aerosol thats safe to spray in someones face?

I need something that won't blind or choke and will be safe.

its supposed to be flyspray - so it has to be an aerosol, not a pump

water would be best obviously but anything similar

any ideas?

You can get cans of compressed air that come wi a wee plastic tube and it's used to clean keyboards and the like. I've used them at work and I know the can gets cold and the air that comes out can be cold if it's close to the skin. You'll need to see if you can try it out befor you buy it.

you can buy cans of water in an aerosol, boots had it during the summer for cooling yourself down, this should do the trick.
