can anybody advice me of how to expand a flying scotsman trackpak? my husband bought me this for my xmas (yes i am a female!!!!) and i am utterly delighted with it and have loads of ideas.unfortunately i have to slow myself down and think of how to go about it so it doesn't look like a hatchet job.
my thought was to extend out the track by replacing an end buffer with a continual track and take my imagination around the room.i wondered as well if i can add trackmats on? i saw a nice one that was a coal merchant type layout which i thought would be nice in another corner of the room that would eventually meet up with my original set.opinions please for a model railway virgin.

It'll show you what you can do, and will list all the additional track pieces you'd need to build each layout. As you become more familiar with things, there's nothing to stop you adapting the track any way you want to.
