Arts and Crafts

Don't know whether this belongs in jobs or arts so here it is until it's moved!
I work in a youth club and have to run an arts and crafts programme to try and engage kids between 12 and 16. Sadly I don't have any idea what I should be doing, anybody have any ideas what kind of activities I could do?
I've only thought of frame decorating and jewellery making so far and would much appreciate other ideas, money has to be considered as there isn't much of a budget for the work. Don't worry if particular things seem a bit too girly or a bit too boyie, all ideas welcome!
Cheers

Also, part of the same company, is Yellow Moon which is a fund-raising version of the same. They'll send you a minimum of 20 catalogues to hand out to parents, with a percentage of any orders made using your youth club's code coming back to you in a cheque.
You'll be swamped with ideas, and I can promise you'll have kids itching to join in!!!
They've been fantastic for craft sessions at two play groups I helped to run and I can't praise them highly enough...
