I have an austrian (cannot remember how to spell the name!}over the years it has lost it's sparkle, does anyone know how I can clean it? It is strung on a fine cord. Thanks in advance

You may think this a stupid answer, put it in a bowl and then put it in a dishwasher it will come up as new.

Crystals have to be handled with care. Think a bowl of warm soapy water'd do.
