The Royal Wedding Again

How many of you will watch it on Saturday.  I know I will - not because I'm a Royal lover but because I am female and it will give me something to gossip about afterwards.

I will have my chocs at the ready and thoroughly enjoy myself!

Yes FP I'll be watching & then I'll be able to have yet another lovely debate about them with my neighbour.  She's a supporter (but disliked Diana witha passion) & I've never been able to take them seriously especially since the days of Spitting Image!

I won't be watching it but I wish them well, I think they deserve every chance of happiness (I am sure Charles will be happier with Camilla rather than Diana whose saint-like reputation makes me seeth - the woman was driving around Paris in designer clothes with an international playboy, without her seat belt on for goodness sake) Anyway, rant over - I feel sorry they had to postpone it after waiting so long, I hope it goes well but it's not my idea of a spectator sport!

Hi FP - After I've finished my Saturday morning crossword, I shall toast & butter a few mini lemon pancakes, then sit back on the sofa & watch the Royal Wedding. It will nothing like Charlie's first one of course, but I just can't wait to see the 'dress'! Camilla's I mean not his!

Robinia - It also makes me smile when I think of Spitting Image & It's a Knock Out too - lol.

Kags, I wish them well as too.  They have waited a long time for their happiness and I feel they are well suited.  Your are quite right about Diana and it makes me seeth as well - always has done!

Yes, I don't know what the problem is with these two people who love each other getting married. its about time people left tghem alone to get on with what ever they want to do. I will watch just to see what she is wearing, then i have a hair appointment so might miss most of it.

We've had this discussion in work all week and my theory is that the females will be watching the wedding to see what Camilla wears, slag her off for her choice of dress but will all go Aawwww when the vows are exchanged.

The blokes will be watching the build up to the Grand National and cursing the Royal couple for delaying the race by 25 minutes!

I would love to see her get married in a really outragious outfit just to shock everybody and to defy convention.  Of course it won't happen!
