who is the hero in your life and why?

My Aunt....(uncles wife) The family would have fell apart without her. She organizes us all. She does everything humanly possible for my Nan and Grandad. She's amazing...

thats good, the reason ive put this thread here is because the pride of britain awards are coming up and where as we have movie awards, x factor, etc...this is the one that should be recognised the most...but sadly it is not

My ex husband, he was the nicest, most generous and genuine person I have ever known throughout my life so far...he always knew what to do in a crisis, nothing ever shocked him or phased him....he is just simply an amazing man.

I don't really have a hero but I admire my father greatly for turning his life around.

I also have a serious amount of admiration for the consultant I work for as I don't think many people could do what she does, as well as she does, and be such a happy (although terribly scatty) and engaging person.
