Sonia in Eastenders looks like......

In yesterdays episode of Eastenders, Sonia was a dead ringer for 'the Mona Lisa'. The hair, clothes and the face were a perfect match. As if to reinforce this subliminal message there was a print of the mona lisa in the back ground. Anyone else see this uncanny resemblance??

Yes Dom Tuk, I did, and pointed it out to my wife!  The print was just to the right hand side of Pauline's shoulder, and was slightly disturbing!!

I'm not an avid watcher of Corrie, but tuned in a couple of weeks ago. I said to my husband "Do you think Sonia looks like the Mona Lisa?" He was in the other room reading & said "How would I know, I never watch it"!

However, I then noticed the picture of the Mona Lisa on the Fowler sideboard the other night, so there has to be an ulterior motive for it being there......

I watched it but didn't see the painting but now you say it i couod see a slight resembelance to maybe moomin mama!

I think that is an insult to the Mona Lisa!!

The Mona Lisa has an aesthetic quality, is steeped in history and is fairly pleasing to the eye. Sonia, on the other hand, isn't.

By the way, whatever happened to her trumpet??
