Is there a collective term for people from these countries?
For example, people from the Far East are Oriental.

Depending on which country you are in, the term may be different. Here in the United Kingdom, people from these three countries are collectively called 'Asian' or 'South Asian'

And when they arrive in the UK they are British Asians or British Indian, their allegiance is British first. Even if the politicians say they support another cricket team. (Only the same way the Americans have it)
