I really really fancy Geordan Murphy and Jason Robinson(rugby union players), also I have a really terrible thing for Ioan Gruffudd (it's welsh and I believe it is pronounced Yowan Griffith).  He was Horatio Hornblower going back a bit, he was also Lancelot in King Arthur and he is Mr Fantastic in the Fantastic 4 film.   Oh now I'm in dream land....... wake me later.
