106,456,367,669. Well, that's according to a website you'll find by clicking here If you do a Google search asking: "How many people have ever lived" you will find over 400 such sites. They probably each say something different...I didn't look!

do u mean ever been alive at the same time? if that is the question then whatever the current population is has to be the answer as births outdo deaths my some margin now so the population is at its highest in the world and the deathrate is lower than birthrate so its at its highest now

That's an urban myth.  The figure given above by QM is the result of calculations which were done to disprove the myth.
