I have just got a parking ticket on the windscreen of my car. I had only left it on the street for 10 minutes. The Traffic Warden has written my registration number on wrong ( they have used a number 1 instead of the letter i) Do I have any grounds for appeal for the ticket not being written out properly.

The ticket has to be correct in every detail, or it is invalid. How do you know that the rego on the ticket isn't for another car that was there then gone when you came out?
Look at it like this, If they don't have your address, how are they going to know it was your car? they will send the reminder notice to the owner of the car that the rego matches. I think...
