I am sure the Shetland Islanders will be grateful that their homes are considered part of the UK's land area. Should we reciprocate by confirming that Hawaii is part of the US? Essentially, however, The main parliament is in London, with National assemblies in Cardiff, Edinburgh and Ulster with varying degrees of effectiveness. Therefore England is the only country without a dedicated parliament.
All of this is irrelevant, since Brussels' European law takes precedence over British law anyway!
