Do u mean community or company?

whether it is company or community or some other c you will find that the liability of the members is reduced.

Sorry to give such a woolly answer, but in fact i think you mean any club - another ;c;

There are a few books on this subject, and the main choice is whether you limit liability by forming a company or forming a charitable trust and talking out directors insurance.
