Following a thread in the news section , what percentage of people commit further crimes on there release from prison? Or young offenders institutes?

from YOIs it is about 70%

which is why pointy headed intellectuals and sociologists say Prison doesnt work.

it is in any chapter on deviant sociology = criminology or any textbook on same subject.
