The 'must visits' (for me anyway) are the Fitzwilliam (newly renovated), and Kettle's Yard - an amazingly stylish house-turned-into-gallery. I'd also take in a city walk - round the Backs and along the Cam.

For the evening check out what's on at the Arts Theatre; the Corn Exchange; the Mumford; the ADC; and the Junction.

Enjoy!

I've just been with my wife to Cambridge, all depending on your interests, we went to the Botanical Gardens, whiich is very good and worth a visit, then took a walk to the Universities for a ride on a Punt, this is a must, the Punter, during the ride, which takes about 45 minutes, gives a comprehensive history of the places you pass, and if it rains, they have umbrella's in the Punts, also, they are very comfortable.

Hope this helps.

It is difficult to guage what is interesting for you because of course we don't meet in person.  However, I was involved for a time taking international visitors all over the UK and when we visited Cambridge I always allowed thirty minutes for a quick visit to the American cemetary NW of the city in if I remember correctly a place outside Madingly.  It's on the map.  It is a really fascinating place with a chapel of sorts which has inside a fantastic wall with the WWII theatre on it.  Suffice to say almost without exception it wa really well received.
