My Boyfriend's Birhday

I know someone asked for similar help recently, but mine is a bit different and more specific. It's my man's birthday in a couple of weeks and I want to take him for a day out, followed by an evening meal at a really nice hotel. He's really into Motorcycles, so anything connected with biking would be great, but failiing that, he's also very interested in Roman History. Both would be even better! I would prefer to stay in the South East of England. Thanks in advance!
