Gender not specified so -

man - wool jacket with sleeves rolled up to halfway up forearms. Skinny tie, leather if possible, peg op slacks or drain-pipe jeans. Coloured shoes. Temp. hair dye - make as swept back and 'big' as possible. Shades.

lady - puff-ball skirt if possible, or pedal pushers, brightly coloured pumps, loud patterend blouse, lots of 'dangly' jewellry, big hair, loads of spray and temp die if possible, bright lipstick.

Maybe go as an eighties icon, someone like Adam Ant or Toya, or Margaret thatcher!  (cant guarantee you wont get eggs thrown at you if you go as her though)

If female you could always go as a Sloane Ranger - think Lady Di before she was Princess Di - don't forget the string of pearls!
