I wasn't even 15 at the time, but very tall. I was too podgy for fashion modelling, so I was suspicious and my Mum was horrified when I told her. I never got such an offer again and am glad because I'm not outgoing, or confident enough for that type of life. The point is; in every major city, there are places where modelling scouts hang out, so find that place in your locality, or send a photo to the editor of the Sun. I'm sure it will cheer him up, if nothing else. Don't pay to have a portfolio produced, though. I know that's a scam. If you're good enough, you'll get that for free. Sadly, unless you're well endowed, implants might be essential. Sorry, I can't be anymore help. Be safe and please, please please, re-consider.
You need to consider very carefully about this career option. the sort of lady that makes Page Three has a certain defined sexuality - it's as much about the ability to look at a camera a certain way, rather than physical attributes - so you may, or may not, have what it takes.
Modelling options leading on from Page 3 are limited - massive waiting list, few successes. Jordan is very much the exception, having built a career as a glamour model - most last a year, maybe two, and are then dismissed for the next fresh face and body.
Topless shots published elsewhere will not prevent a P appearence - if you have the necessary look, they will use you - sadly, the accent is on the 'use'.
Good luck.
