Windows 10 Word Problem.

Every few seconds, my Word keeps freezing and flashing the 'Not Responding' message.

Can I uninstall and reinstall it without causing havoc with everything else?

sounds like your PC is struggling to run the version of word you have. What version is it? Click Help the "about" and tell us the version number.

Try the Repair option:
