Blood Pressure Readings

My GP has increased one of my tablets and wants me to do a home. Reading twice a day for four days. When is the best times to do this.

What sort of times would suit you? 11am and 7pm, noon and 6pm??

Should the morning one be before medication or left for time for this to work

Take the reading as soon as you get up, before your medication, coffee, exercise or any other stimulant.  Take the second one after your evening meal.   As long as you do both at roughly the same time each day, that should be good enough

It doesn't matter as long as you do it at the same time and when you are in the same mood if poss. ie not when you've just had a row 😄

Yeah, avoid just after you've ran your daily marathon :-)

Try a few different times on day one and use the best result! Then stick to that time rest of the week.
