Uninstall / Reinstall Office 2016

I want to unitsall and reinstall my Office 2016 on my Windows 10 desktop.

I get a message - 'Something went wrong' and giving me a 'Go online for help' link which doesn't work anymore.

Any ideas please?

Thanks Psalm. 

Microsoft have clearly programmed my PC to prevent any remedial measures. 

It won't let me uninstall or reinstall my Office, and I have used a good uninstall programme which has not fixed it.

But no problem, I have located a tekkie who can fix it for me.

I woulkd funinstall and forget it>

Instead install the free Libre Office which is up to date, works similarly and, is fully interchangeable
