steal a loaf of bread?
seriously though; I think you need to marry (which is not a guarantee) or have a degree in a desired profession or have family who already have citizenship but mainly you need to apply to Australian Immigration preferably before you visit else before your visa runs out.
I don't know what has been edited out of your question, but if you are serious about living in Australia I would strongly advice you to immigrate there legally. If you are thinking about overstaying on a visa you will be detected. The only other way is to emigrate to New Zealand, stay there for two years, take up NZ citizenship, and than move to Australia. This can be done by NZ citizens without a visa and that way after two years in Australia you will be eligable for all social services. As the immigration criteria for both countries is pretty much the same it would ofcourse make sense to emigrate to Australia straight away.
