No, doesn't sound anything like her.
I agree with xyzzplugh it does sound like Wendy Richards

I did indeed ask the question Blender, 'Are you Wendy Richard?'.This was her reply; 'No dear, I'm collecting my pension that day.' - I imagine it's only a short walk from the Eastenders set to the Steve Wright studio. I wonder if she is declaring her incomes to the taxman?
I doubt it's Wendy Richard. I found an old TV ad recently for some brand of bread, I think the ad was from the late 80s and the voice-over sounded an awful lot like The Old Woman, so maybe Steve Wright asked an agency for someone who could do a generic Old Woman voice and she happened to be on their books. Which doesn't get us any further in actually identifying her.
