Things to do at Weekend

I have been with my girlfriend for 2 years now and increasingly going out pubbing ancd clubbing less these days

we usually sit in all wekekend watching dvds or doing nothing much,

I just want some ideas of wahat else we could do??

Neither of us can drive and there isnt a nightclub for miles and the closest pubs are all full of chavs and scallies

Havent got a clue what to do, I want to introduce some excitement to proceedings!!!!!!!

PS - we have tried drinking indoors and cooking eachother meals!

we are 23 and 20 respectively

Could you not take up a sport you both like? Or join a gym together?

Hey gammaray! that was unfair. some people cant afford to go out every weekend.

jibjab, how about investing in a load of board games and playing cards. my partner and i stay in most weekends as well mostly because we cant afford to go out and the pubs and clubs near us are a bit like yours. we sometimes play poker with 1p and 2p coins or you could spice it up a bit by playing strip poker. trivial pursuit and monoply are my favs. we also play things like hangman, pictionary etc. Have a nice weekend whatever you get up to!

stay in and have loads of sex mate! Its fun, doesnt cost a thing and is good for your health.

Sounds like you're in a remote town/village - maybe there's other people like yourselves. Could you organise a night out/trip to somewhere?

Hmm, the driving might be a problem but going out for the day is cool, seeing places you haven't seen before -other cities, famous places, etc., going to the beach/the countryside...

like what shazbang said, we had board games and played monopoly with a few beers 1 and everytime we landed on the others property we took a shot.

we also learnt how to play poker having forefits and stuff...

if you can get out, we used to be stuck because of train and bus times b4 we moved to the city, on a saturday we would go out around 4pm have some food, few pubs and get the last bus/ train home...
