has anyone got stereo-typical views of people from other countries? Like some people think the english wear posh clothes and carry around umbrellas and bowler hats etc. (i'm english btw)

Don't all Austrian families perform as choirs in their spare time, sport the nursery curtains as informal day wear, have a step mother who used to live in a Convent, run about all day singing cheery ditties? Shoot!

Before you give me a lecture I have relatives in Klagenfurt and Vienna .... I would pmsl at the sight of them in their 1960's psycadelic soft furnishings.
