I work in an open plan office. I am a bit perturbed about a member of my staff. I have noticed over the years that he has been taking holidays to San Francisco, Brighton & Manchester. He goes to these locations quite a lot. It's not a problem that he likes to go to these locations as he is quite well within his rights to do this, however I have started hearing some rumours about what goes on in these places. It seems a pattern is emmerging not to mention the patterned shirts he wears too. He recently returned from holiday and I have noticed that he is walking a bit odd also, not sure if I should ask why, although I feel i should check on the well-being of staff but don't want to put him in a awkward position - so to speak!. One very strange thing is, today he has something odd going on with his eyelids, they are rather puffy, could this be another thing i should ask about or perhaps could make it embaressing for him. Any ideas?

I work in an open plan office. There is this guy who spends all of his time on the computer, do you think he needs help?

Yes i really do work in a very large open plan office, work in the media industry so I am in front of a computer all day. The people I mention are various people in my department, would be a bit worrying if it was just one person!. Im not sure where he goes in Manchester, what is the link with canal street then? Besides if he is gay by all the replies I have had, its not a problem, im not a homophobist!
I am also not Homophobic, more Homo-Sceptic.
God created Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve.

LOL.. Littlebishop - homosceptic????... what one of them. Anyway an update, the puffy eyes seemed to have gone down (no pun intended), so I don't think that was linked to anything else really, maybe just an allergic reaction to something, I'm not sure, maybe rubber or latex?
