what are the best and worst personality people can have?

for me: the best = genuine & open minded
the worst = arrogants and rudeness

I'd be inclined to say exactly the same as you, sue. I'd also add the ability not to take yourself too seriously to 'best' and vainness to 'worst'.

I don't think anybody would go for someone who is narrow minded and not genuine.

I think nearly everybody would think that they are open minded.
