well i did watch a programme a few years ago where they theorised about ropes, planks on wheels and exact measuring, but I still think it is aliens.
Why is it that nobody ever sees them being created by these guys? They certainly are clever!!
naughty little boys
Imagine you are an alien visitor from an advanced civilisation, and you've come to start a dialogue with erathlings. Then you discover that the guy in charge is G. Bush. Wouldn't you think that making crop circles was a more productive use of your time on earth?
Of course they are created by aliens. Are you so naive to think that we are the only creatures in the Universe to have a sense of humour? I have it on good authority, that they think it is a topping wheeze to visit this insignificant little world, make these circles in our fields and then disappear into the night to leave us wondering what these mysterious creations are and how they were made!

Well thanks one and all - and still no nearer an answer really. Thanks Metz for your link - on this link it could be us earthlings or could be the ET's, its suspected that both are responsible. I guess we'll never know !! Doll xx
A few years ago, some farmers were on tv saying they couldnt be the ones doing the crop circles as it wasnt possible for them to get them so perfect, then last week some farmers were on tv again,on the news showing off their wonderful masterpieces in their fields???
Possible now then??
In about 1975 I sat in a crop circle, though I didn't know at the time that that was what it was called. My friend and I had gone for a walk in some fields near her house (now sadly built on) when we came across this perfect circle. The only reason we could think of at the time was that a helicopter had landed there, but thinking about it now, that wouldn't have created a perfect circle, and believe me helicopters were pretty rare in the area at the time! As this was in Lancashire before these fellows down south claim to have started crop circles it does make me think.................
