Open Plan Office

I am the manager of an open plan office. Recently we have discovered that our mentally subnormal cleaner has been using one of the office computers to post questions on AB. How she worked out how to do it, we have no idea. What do you think is an appropriate action for us to take? As it doesn't really do any hard, should we just ignore it?

Why not offer her some training in use of computers which could lead to her getting a certificate of some sort.

It would benefit her enormously in giving her some confidence, and would also show you as an enlightened employer.

Who knows you may even be able to get some funding for it if you were to expand the scheme.

You might also find there is a better phrase than mentally sub normal to describe your staff member

OMG, I knew my boss was upto no good, he doesn't do much all day to tell you the truth - although firing me would be very bad for his health as i have to keep an eye on his oxgen tank and his colostomy bag, stops the room smelling doesn't it rojash. By the way rojash hows the itchy rash now?.... did the cream work?

I think the cream worked quite well - your skin is looking a lot better. In future, try to remember that prevention is better than cure, and stick to hygeine advice I gave you
