Brighton Pubs

Im looking for any pubs in Brighton with a decent pub garden. Anyone know any?

I know of a pub near The Lanes which has a pretty good garden, but can't remember the name..sorry! I'll get back to you if I remember. There are plenty of good pubs on the seafront, epecially the Fortune of War, where you can either sit outside, or uptstairs by one of the windows, and watch the world go by, but you may have to wait a while to get a table by the window!!
