I believe not, but I am sure that someone will soon shoot me down if I am wrong. I do know that there are more than 100 places in the UK beginning with Y and at least 4 beginning with Z. (although that doesn't help answer your question)

As Mike suggests, if there is such a place, then the AA's map-makers have never heard of it! There are loads in China, but the closest one to us here is probably Xertigny in France, according to the Philip's 'Atlas of the World'.
