At which motorway service station is there a memorial plaque to Raymond Codling?

As Insp Codling was shot whilst on duty and was with Gtr Manchester police, I would guess it would be Birch services on the M62 in NE Manchester, though it could concievably be Rivington on the M61 or Burtonwood(nr Warrington) on the M62.
