The sudden death of bruce Lee, in view of his peak physical condition, has given rise to a raft of rumours, including the notion that he was cursed by ancient Japanese gods who felt mocked by his use of Kung Fu in western feature films. The myths were heightened by the accidental death of his son Brandon who died on a film set when wounded by a point blank shot from a stage pistol. The reality is more likely that Bruce Lee died of a simple heart attack or aneurism, and his son died as a result of a tragic accident, and the two are linked by nothing more than coincidence.
