Searching for People in Britain

Is there a search engine or similar site where people liviing in England can be located? Names with email addresses? In the U.S. we have 411.com and a few other sites, but searches are limited to this country and Canada.

You won't get e-mail addresses I don't know anyone who'd publicly list their e-mail address on something like that because they'd just get spammed to pieces.

Find them ring them up and ask them for their e-mail address
