Hi, there used to be a site you could go to that you put in your surname if you couldnt find your bonds that showed you if you had won, if your name was on a list then you rang them to see if it was your surname with your numbers, does anyone know what this site could be? thanks

Hi, thanks for that, but its not the one i used to use, you did used to have to enter your surname and it came up with a list of the same surname then you had to ring a number, but this one you cant see the list of name, you have to ring them, its simlar but not the same. Thanks.
Jugglering's suggested number looks like a premium rate call scam to me as you have to amke a call at 1.50 a minute
Question Author
yeah i know thats what i thought, as the one i used to use you could check your name without ringing first.
The idea is that you have a reference number which covers all the bonds that you hold. You then get on to nsandi.com which gives you a page with a Have You Won? box in which to enter your number. That tells you what you want to know.
I have never met a system whereby you enter your surname. Have you not got a reference number?

Well the site i used before was the use of a surname and it told you if your name was on the list of winners, i have mislaid my bonds through a house move.
We hold Preimum Bonds at the link given by Juggerling. However, I also have this address in our file:

Bonds and Stock Office
Lytham St. Annes
Lancs
FY0 1YN
Hi Smudge - could be wrong but I live in the area and Lytham is normally FY8 postcode - I didn't think there was an FY0 postcode area? But maybe NSandI are special?! :-) lol x The actual NSandI Offices are just down the road from me in FY4
Question Author
sorry but why did you answer with that answer??
was trying to help in case you used wrong postcode - smudge kindly gave you nsandi details (they run premium bonds) but though postcode might have been wrong. thought you wanted answers
