with other men giving them massages? I was watching a sitcom the other night where the character was having a massage at the gym but it turned out to be from a man. Usual jokes. My OH said he wouldn't have a massage from a man either. As a woman I'd rather have a massage from someone of the same sex and would never assume or imagine that she was coming on to me or anything! Why do men fee like this and not women?
Come on, a massage is physical contact, and very intimate contact at that. It's fondling and groping and rather erotic.
You obviously realise this yourself, as you wouldn't trust a man to do it, whereas you would trust another woman because then it wouldn't be anything sexual (you think).
I don't have a problem with it. I am off to see my physio in an hour, who will massage my back for about twenty minutes. Used to be done by a lady - she's off sick, so a man has taken over - I am concerned that they ease my slipped disc, the gender is unimportant - I can chat away to anyone.
I guess it depends on location - at a beauty salon I have massage done by a lady - I found it unerving at Champneys once when I was given a facial by a man - my osteopath is a man and I don't mind that.
Frankly though men give better massage as their fingers tend to be stronger.
(I'm female by the way)
well I wouldn't want a man particularly not because I think it's sexual-I'm not some hot chick so unlikely!-more if we were chatting I'd probably have more to talk about to another female. My daughter gives massages as a beautician to men and women and she certainly doesn't fancy them-either sex! Actually for the masseur it's just a tiring,back-aching job,not in the least sexy!
