Sunset burials

Is it true that US presidents are buried at sunset? If this is so can anyone tell me why?

Reagan's funeral was shown live on British TV at around 5pm, so that would have been morning in the USA (about 11am if he was buried at Arlington). So no, they're not all buried at sunset.

President Reagan certainly was buried at sunset in California, after all the palaver of the state funeral elsewhere. I do not believe there is a 'tradition' to that effect regarding other past Presidents.
