He's a proud Brummie! So a Birmingham accent.
Think there's a bit of London influence in there too, but he is a brummie.

born in brum, lived mostly in london during his formative years, so cockernee with a hint of funny brummy.
I'm in agreement with becks, he's a surefire Cockney geezah! Are people getting confused on here between MIKE Skinner and FRANK Skinner(from Smethwick, W. Mids)?
Sorry to disagree Philtaz, he's definitely a Brummie by birth but has adopted a Cockernee accent because it sells more records :O) Cynical, moi?
