How did Boger Reggis get it,s name?

I take it you mean Bognor Regis? It was originally just Bognor, then a king (memory says George V) stayed there in order to convalesce. He was so impressed that he granted the town the title Regis (royal) when they asked.
Some years later, when he was dying, Bognor offered its hospitality to him again in the hope of effecting a cure. His dying words were "(word the Answerbank won't let me use but it starts with a B and rhymes with rugger) Bognor"
Quite my favourite set of famous last words.
