The Isle of Wight?

Isle of Wight was once part of Hampshire.
Cornwall maybe?

Quite a few actually.  Kent, Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cornwall to name a few.

Would have to disagree with Kenyt and Essex which have both lost parts to the enlargement of Greater London (e.g. Bromley, Ilford).
