I would say woburn is mid Beds there is Felmersham Abbey North Beds but don't know whether it is an Abbey or not

Sorry, just checked. Woburn is indeed Bedfordshire, but it's right on the border of the two. Woburn Sands, which is next to Woburn is in Bucks.

I should know. I live in Bedfordshire.

Its not Woburn Abbey. This was used by religious community until the dissolution of monastries. Also part of Woburn sands is in Bedfordshire ie one side of Hardwich Road. I too should know as I live there.
