Does the queen have a passport and if she does, is she wearing a crown in the photograph??

The queen does have a passport. The wording on the passport 'her royal brittanic majesty requests that you allow the holder...etc' is basically a request from the queen asking free passage for her subjects. therefore if necessary she can make that request in person at the border to any country.

incidentally, the passport number 000000001 is held by Prince Phillip
