That picture has actually been used in Southwold publicity material, so Chuck is definitely correct.

Now, let's see, with each beach hut in Southwold worth at least £80,000, there's around half a million pounds worth of property in that picture ;-)

I bought the canvas print of this picture a couple of days ago and was curious as to where it was. Looks a lovely place, so may pay a visit next time we're camping in Kessingland!

that's a bit of a non sequitur, Chris. After all, just because a beach is in Northumberland doesn't stop it appearing in an ad for Alberta
