"Soak Ratio" or "Ratio Soak" are anagrams..therefore variations?
Kousaris would be my guess, never seen a Greek surname name like that before they do not usually have two "OO" in a name they use the U instead.?
Wouldn't any English spelling be an approximation from it's Greek-letter spelling? So there could be a few possibilities.
or kouzari
The Brit killed in Florida recently was a Kouzaris. Koutsaris would be another way of spelling this.

Kusatari or similar sounds more Japanese, really.
