Flag identification

Can you help identify this flag, please.

Solid dark blue background with a large, block white crown in the centre, and in the middle of the crown is a blue cupola/dome with a cross on top.

Sounds as though it could be one of the Lovian Island flags... perhaps King's Gardens or Noble City??? http://nation.wikia.com/wiki/Lovia

Thanx Boxtops... not there. I was thinking maybe a city flag, or state flag, but it was with a lot of other flags including nautical ones.
