Seeing annual dialysis treatment cost for one patient is probably 10 times more, this has to be a sensible worldwide multi-billion $ solution to the kidney shortage.

How much would persuade you to 'donate' one of your kidneys?

Not sure that I would agree that commodifying organ transplantation is a sensible solution at all.

I would donate a kidney to family, loved ones, friends as a living donor, for free, but only in those circumstances. Otherwise, it will have to wait until I am dead :)
