I am doing a survey for my sociology class, it will only take not even a minute.

How often do you feel others judge you based on your ethnicity?

Question 5:
Do people of other ethnicity's make you feel insecure about yourself?
yes. No.


Question 6:
If you answered yes to the above, how often?
Frequently. Often. Rarely.

Question 7:
Do you feel uncomfortable around people of other ethnicities?
Always. Sometimes. Never.

Question 8:
Do you feel more confident around people who are of the same ethnicity as you?
Frequently. Sometimes. Never.

Have you ever wished you were a different ethnicity?

If you want tips on the questions you could merge 5 and 6 by simply making the options something like Never, Rarely. Sometimes, Often , All the time.
Ethnicity's should be Ethnicities in Q5.
Maybe Q9 should have more options- eg All the time, Often,... Rarely, Never
