I sometimes think this place should be renamed Wengerbank.

I believe that racism can emanate from any creed or colour and be directed to any creed or colour.

A lot I think is based on ignorance/mistrust and sometimes even fear.

There will always be some who are deliberately racist for the sheer hell of it (or maybe they haven't the words required to get their point across without it).
is it cos I is black ? lol

Well that seems to have covered the subject...well done.
When I was a manager I had an Egyptian work for me. He was very black and short Afro hair. He told me he was ill & said if he phoned in sick the next day I knew why. Fair enough. No phone call so when I went into work he was there and I was accused of racism by the staff as the first thing I said to him was 'what did you come in for you look awful. You are grey & pale looking' which he was. I argued I was not being racist it was true. Whilst the argument continued the Egyptian sat in a chair laughing. He thought it was the funniest thing a white person had ever said to him. Also he is married to a white British Women.
'waycism' has been a very handy tool for Lefty. You can stifle all sorts of debate, where you wouldn't otherwise have a leg to stand on, by bandying it around. (eg, mass immigration, multi-culti, etc, etc)

Racism works both ways.

Some people are over sensitive on this subject.
Years ago I hired a young fella from Glasgow, his name was Scott Mc*****.
So we all called him "Scott" or "Scotty"
Some pillock from elsewhere in the building report us for being racist. He claimed we can't call a Scotsman Scott or Scotty, it's racist.
Duh...what if that is his name??
Didn't take long for the pillock to feel stupid.
Lol. I don't mind being called Paddy. I did mind being called a white sl@g by some Asian youths while I was out for a jog.
It's a well known fact that only white people can be racist.
No it's not, TTT. Being called a white sl@g by some Asian youths is racist!
I think ttt was being sarcastic umm ?
I'm not sure.

I think it's more unlikely that white people report acts of racism.

I did speak to my Indian friend on this subject and she's never experienced racism.
I've never had any minority race friends. Does that mean I can't have an opinion?
I've got a great true story that shows that racism is alive and well and not just in white society. ... but my tablet is playing up with a lag issue and I can't stand the typing errors.
May post it later on my PC.
Of course you can have an opinion, Zacs.
